PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad, CMC – Three members of a family were killed after fire swept through their home in Marabella in south Trinidad on Wednesday morning.

Police said investigations were continuing into the cause of the blaze that took the lives of Sazida Gabriel 34 and her two children, Leandre 14 and her 10-year-old son, Ian.

Two other family members, Daniel Persad and Crystal Gabriel have been hospitalised in a serious condition.
